Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store. Entropic Bean Coffee ships all of our orders using various carriers to ensure the fastest and most affordable options. We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over $120 within Canada. As soon as we process your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
We typically ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after your purchase has been processed. Every effort is made to send orders the day following the roast. Please note we do not ship on weekends. If you order on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days for your order to arrive. Entropic Bean Coffee is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees incurred on packages delivered to the U.S..

Returns & REFUNDS
Your order is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
This policy does not apply to the following goods:
- Opened Coffee.
- Ground Coffee.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of their original purchase. Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product is in its original packaging
- the packaging is unopened and intact
We will refund your money within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Please provide us with your reason for cancellation. A brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return the products.
If you are unable to return the goods, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Sale items are eligible for refund or exchange provided that they are unused, unopened and intact in its original packaging.
